WestBridge promotes and fosters a work environment, community, and overall culture that values honesty, safety, and integrity. As such, WestBridge encourages reporting any complaints, concerns, suggestions, wrongdoing, or fraudulent activity so that they may be addressed in a fair, timely, and equitable manner. Concerned individuals can make their complaints/concerns known without fear of retaliation.

WestBridge offers several ways to submit concerns, suggestions, or complaints.

2. Phone: WestBridge has established a phone line with the ability to leave a confidential message at 877-337-7003 to report/discuss complaints/concerns/suggestions.
3. Email: WestBridge has established an email which can receive emails related to complaint/concern/suggestion: ComplianceCommittee@westbridge.org
4. Anonymous Reporting: If the individual prefers to remain anonymous, they may make a report to Lighthouse, our independent third party compliance hotline, by:

At WestBridge, we work with adult men and families from around the country and, in some cases, the world. One of the unique features of our model is our virtual Meet & Greet service which allows us to deepen our assessment and begin building trust and engaging participants  in the pre-admission process.
