Clinical Team Leader – ACT Team (Brooksville, FL)

WestBridge has one full-time opening for an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Leader. This position provides strong direction, leadership and support as well as direct services for our stunning, adult, male outpatient program in Brooksville, FL. This position has both clinical and administrative responsibilities. This position participates in our clinical on-call rotation along with the rest of the team. We are seeking an assertive individual who thrives in a team-based work setting and who seeks a job requiring a high-level of accountability, creativity, professionalism, excellent communication and initiative.

Requirements: Licensed Masters-level clinician (LICSW, LCMHC, MLADC, etc.) with 5+ years experience in a Leadership role in a human services (counseling, social work, psychology, etc.) field. An individual who has experience working with individuals and families who experience co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. 4+ years experience facilitating groups and providing individual counseling, as well as working with men. Must be task-oriented with strong organizational skills. Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance & reliable transportation. Pre-employment drug screening with negative results, LiveScan, Local Law Enforcement criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Check required. Participation in on-call rotation.
