Why We Use AI

WestBridge may use AI-assisted tools to protect the identities of clients, family members, and other individuals who appear in photographs, videos, or other visual media used in our marketing, educational, and outreach materials. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Altering or obscuring facial features in images or video.
  • Modifying identifying characteristics such as tattoos, scars, or other distinguishing features.
  • Generating composite or illustrative imagery to represent client experiences without disclosing real identities.

Our Commitment to Privacy

Any use of AI technology at WestBridge is guided by the following principles:

All AI tools and processes we employ are used in a manner consistent with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable state privacy laws.

Where real individuals have participated in the creation of content, their consent is obtained prior to publication. Any AI alterations are applied as an additional layer of protection and not a substitute for consent.

AI modifications are used solely to protect identity, never to misrepresent, sensationalize, or fabricate experiences. The substance and authenticity of any story or message remains true.

AI identity-protection tools are used only for communications and media purposes.
