Dr. William Keating, , PhD, LCMHC, MLADC, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over a decade of experience in behavioral health, clinical leadership, and systems transformation. He currently serves as Chief of Clinical Services at WestBridge in Manchester, NH, where he leads agency-wide initiatives focused on care quality, workflow innovation, and financial sustainability.
Dr. Keating previously supported statewide systems improvement through training and consultation for New Hampshire’s community mental health and SUD providers, advancing integrated care and co-occurring disorder treatment. He holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University Midwest, where his research centered on retaining master’s-level providers in community mental health settings.
He is committed to trauma-informed, relational care and has expertise in crisis services, ACT leadership, clinical program development, and workforce training. Dr. Keating regularly consults on clinical supervision, organizational sustainability, and integrated treatment models, with a consistent focus on equity, innovation, and workplace well-being.
