Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) opening on January 5, 2026!

WestBridge’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides structured, intensive mental health and substance use treatment in a supportive outpatient setting, five hours per day, five days per week for 4 – 6 weeks. Designed for individuals experiencing moderate to severe psychiatric symptoms, emotional distress or substance use disorders that interfere with daily functioning, and who require a higher level of care than traditional outpatient therapy but do not need 24-hour inpatient hospitalization. As such, PHP can serve as a step-down from inpatient care or a step-up from lower levels of outpatient support.

Though each participant’s goals vary, the program aims to stabilize acute symptoms in a less restrictive environment, assist individuals in developing coping strategies and relapse prevention tools, enhance daily functioning and support recovery, and prepare individuals for successful transition to outpatient care.

Treatment Services include:

  • Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management
  • Individual Therapy
  • Group Therapy
  • Family Services
  • Crisis Intervention and Safety Planning
  • Case Management and Aftercare Planning

When ready to transition from PHP, either to another level of care
at WestBridge or to another treatment program,
each participant is assisted in developing a
transition plan tailored to their needs and goals.

“The family appreciated greatly the opportunity to meet (as a family) to be educated by professionals about his physical and mental challenges, discuss the pros and cons of a course of action and how best to reach a consensus for next steps. WestBridge was an invaluable resource for our family in its time of crisis. Thank you for all your good work to all those in your care!”
