When you quit your smoking habit, and kick butts for good, you are regaining control over your state of mind and your action. You’re cutting ties with the habit that held you under its power.

Those are all prime reasons to kick butts and to encourage the young people you know to get involved with the Kick Butts cause. A good place to begin is by visiting the website, where you can find more information about starting or attending an event.

For adults, meanwhile, this is as good an occasion as any to talk to your kids about smoking, and to make your own voice heard—making your own stance on smoking crystal clear.
