Residential Team Leader (FL)

WestBridge Community Services is a private non-profit dedicated to a new direction in the treatment of people with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders.  Our treatment model adheres to the evidence based practices developed at Dartmouth Psychiatric Research Center. We use a multi-disciplinary team approach that provides flexible, mobile and responsive substance abuse and psychiatric care, in a fast-paced, fun environment. We take an active, wholistic approach to Wellness by having staff participate side-by-side in activities with our Participants. This includes active, daily staff participation in a wide-range of activities, such as: yoga, meditation, mindfulness, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, golfing, walking, going to the gym, etc.

WestBridge has one full-time opening for a Residential Team Leader. This position provides strong direction, leadership and support as well as direct services in our stunning, 12-bed, adult, male residential program in Brooksville, FL. This position has both clinical and administrative responsibilities. We are seeking an assertive individual who thrives in a team-based work setting and who seeks a job requiring a high-level of accountability, creativity, professionalism, excellent communication and initiative. This unique and challenging position is Monday through Friday, primarily first shift, and will be included in our clinical on-call rotation with other members of the Residential team.

Requirements: Licensed Masters-level clinician (LICSW, LCMHC, MLADC, etc.) with 5+ years experience in a Leadership role in a human services (counseling, social work, psychology, etc.) field. An individual who has experience working with individuals and families who experience co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. 4+ years experience facilitating groups and providing individual counseling, as well as working with men. Must be task-oriented with strong organizational skills. Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance & reliable transportation. Pre-employment drug screening with negative results, LiveScan, Local Law Enforcement criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Check required.
