Our team provides Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment (IDDT) based on a modified Assertive Community Treatment team model. Our Manchester, NH team provides evidence-based treatments including outreach, vocational rehab, CBT, and family therapies to individuals who experience severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders.We take an active, wholistic approach to Wellness by having staff participate side-by-side in activities with our Participants (clients). This includes daily participation in a wide-range of activities, such as: yoga, meditation, mindfulness, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, golfing, walking, etc. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree in a human services field and several years of experience working with this population a must. Clinically Licensed (LADC, LICSW, LCMHC, CRC, MLADC, etc.) a plus! Must be willing to participate in the rotating On-Call schedule with the other members of our team. The ideal candidate would hold a clinical license, a Masters-level degree and have: strong substance abuse treatment knowledge (LADC or MLADC license for NH), experience working on an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT/PACT model) team, Group therapy experience, enjoy working closely with families and be a positive and enthusiastic Team player. Vocational Counseling experience a plus. Flexibility, camaraderie & a positive, “can do” attitude are crucial.Must have valid drivers lic., own transportation and vehicle insurance (100,000/300,000/100,000 liability limits).
