Community Based Clinician / Mental Health / Substance Abuse Therapist / Rehab Counselor WestBridge Community Services is seeking to hire a full time social worker or mental health therapist/addictions counselor with a clinical license to join our dynamic, energetic team!

Our team provides Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment (IDDT) based on a modified Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team model. Our Brooksville, FL team provides evidence-based treatments including outreach, vocational rehab, CBT, and family therapies to adults who experience severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders.
We take an active, wholistic approach to Wellness by having staff participate side-by-side in activities with our Participants (clients). This includes community integration and daily staff participation in a wide-range of activities, such as: yoga, meditation, mindfulness, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, golfing, bowling, walking, etc.
On-call responsibilities are part of the duties of this position. Must have valid drivers license & reliable transportation. Those candidates offered positions after successfully completing interviews will need to complete a Florida “LIVESCAN” background check, Motor Vehicle Records check and pre-employment drug screening.

Requirements: Licensed Masters-level clinician (ie; LMHC, LICSW, MLADC, CAP, CRC). The ideal candidate would have experience with social work, rehabilitation counseling, 12-Step Knowledge, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT/PACT model) and treatment for co-occurring severe and persistent mental health and substance use disorders in men. Flexibility, critical thinking, strong communication, camaraderie, enthusiasm & a positive attitude are crucial to our success.
