We are looking to hire a full time Admissions Clinician located in our Manchester, NH, WestBridge office. This position is a key part of our Admissions/Customer Relations team which ensures a customer-friendly, consistent, comfortable admissions process to our dual diagnosis treatment programs. The successful candidate will perform both clinical and administrative duties. Clinical duties include early engagement with callers, pre-admissions screenings, referrals to appropriate resources if needed, intake processing, attending clinical team meetings and documentation of all inquiries into the organization. Administrative duties include ensuring positive internal and external customer service, ongoing participation in event planning and building relationships with referral sources to increase business development. The Admissions Clinician participates in the On-Call rotation with other Admission team members. Job-related travel is required for this position. Requirements: We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, self-starter with a strong clinical background and experience in the mental health/addictions field, particularly in Men’s Treatment and Family Work. Strong organization and communication skills as well as Intake/Admissions skills required. Masters degree in the field (Social work, Counseling, Human Services, etc.), Licensure (LICSW, LCMHC, MLADC, etc.) in the state of NH and experience in the healthcare industry are required. The preferred candidate needs to be team-oriented, self-motivated, compassionate and engaging, with a human services background.
