Mission and Values

Evidence-Based Mental Health
and Substance Use Treatment

WestBridge is a family founded private non-profit organization. Our mission is to compassionately provide mental health and substance use treatment to individuals and their families. We incorporate evidence-based practices to promote resiliency and lifelong recovery.

Core Values

Communication

We strive to be authentic in our communication so we can build trust and meaningful dialogue.

Relationships

We believe that quality relationships are the foundation for treatment and recovery.

Individuality

We meet each person and family where they are at in the change process, customizing treatment plans.

Family

We work intensively with families to help enhance learning, communication, trust and partnership in recovery.

Community

Participants receive treatment services and learn how to sustain recovery in their community.

Strength

Participants in our community are not defined by illness; recovery is based on their strengths.

Evidence

Our treatment model is based on scientific evidence, which has been demonstrated to work.

Integration

We treat the whole person by simultaneously addressing all their needs.

Recovery

We believe in every person’s capacity to find hope, and to achieve recovery.

WestBridge Meet & Greet WestBridge Meet & Greet

At WestBridge, we work with adult men and families from around the country and, in some cases, the world. One of the unique features of our model is our virtual Meet & Greet service which allows us to deepen our assessment and begin building trust and engaging participants  in the pre-admission process.
