WestBridge provided a safe, comfortable, supportive environment in the early days of our son’s sobriety. He said that he felt like he was on vacation. I think he meant physically, because of the comfortable living quarters and excellent meals, but mentally he was working very hard.

Levels of Care

All Care Management clinical service and or hours per week are determined by the Participant, Family, and Clinical team.

Clinical services include, but are not limited to, all therapies, twelve-step support, daily living activities, psychiatrist - nurse appointments, Family Education and Support program, Mentoring, medication outreach, vocational support, Case Management and community integration.

Up to 10 hours per week ~ “Low Intensity”
This level of care can involve any one-on-one Care Management service and any clinical service.

20-30 hours per week ~ “Medium Intensity”
This level of Care Management service offers twenty-to-thirty hours per week of clinical services. The same clinical services are offered, only in greater frequency.

30+ hours per week ~ “High Intensity”
This highest level of Care Management service offers over thirty hours of clinical care management service per week.
