Volunteering

Since our inception, volunteers have played an important part at WestBridge. These team members participate in almost every facet of care at WestBridge, including residential care, office work, community events and activities.  Our network of volunteers is a valuable way in which WestBridge utilizes significant community resources to help our participants connect with and strengthen their own support systems.

Volunteering at WestBridge is not only a way to develop deeper understanding and necessary skills in working with people living with dual disorders; it also allows an opportunity to develop outstanding professional relationships.

All our volunteers understand that forming positive relationships leads to greater clinical insight and quality care for our participants and their families. They bring skill, knowledge, and enthusiasm to our efforts, all of which support individuals and families in their recovery, goals, and wellness.
